About Beurt

You’re up next.

Beurt is the booking module that belongs to your own business. Your customers choose a service, a day and a time, with no account and no app. You see everything in your own calendar.

What Beurt does

Everything an appointment needs, nothing more

  • Free times you can trust

Opening hours with breaks, hours per staff member, closed days, Belgian public holidays, and the length and clean-up time of each service. Beurt only shows what is really free.

  • Never double-booked

If two people click the same time at once, only one gets it. The database itself guards that, not just the page.

  • A personal link for your customer

After booking, your customer gets a confirmation, a calendar file and a personal link to reschedule or cancel themselves, up to the deadline you choose.

  • Your calendar in the admin

Today and the week at a glance. You add phone bookings and walk-ins yourself, and rescheduling or cancelling takes a few clicks.

  • In four languages

Dutch, French, German and English, for your customers and in the admin.

  • Your data stays yours

No tracking, no ads. Appointments are deleted automatically after a period you choose, twelve months by default.

What Beurt doesn’t do

Calm, no fuss

  • No account and no app for your customers.
  • No text messages and no messages that cost money each.
  • No online payments: you settle up as always.
  • No tracking, no advertising, no selling of data.
  • No one else’s platform: Beurt runs as part of your own website.

Beurt is part of Bureel, the apps from nealvdv for small Belgian businesses. It runs as part of your own website, with your name, your hours and your services. See all Bureel apps
